We require a credit card on file to hold your reservation in the event of no-shows / late cancellations, or damages.

Simulator Rentals

All cancellations can be made through your online account or by emailing or DMing us at info@powerhousegolfclub.com, or our Instagram.

To ensure fair access to our facility for all members, the following cancellation policy applies. You can modify your appointments in your Account under ‘appointments’

Cancellation Windows:

2+ hrs before teetime — 100% refund to your original payment method

Within 2hrs of teetime — 50% refund to your original payment method

No-show (15 min grace) — 0%

No-Shows

A 15-minute grace period begins at your scheduled start time. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. No-show cancellations result in 100% forfeiture of the booking credit. You may receive a confirmation text during the grace period to verify whether you are still coming.

Repeat No-Shows

Members with 3 or more no-shows within a 60-day period might have their booking availability restricted, including limited access to the reservation calendar. Restrictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Lessons

Lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no shows, will be charged the full lesson rate.

Membership

Month-to-Month Membership Termination & Refund Policy

We believe in flexibility, which is why our month-to-month memberships come with no long-term contracts—giving you the freedom to cancel anytime.

How to Cancel

Your membership renews automatically every 30 days. If you wish to cancel, email us at info@powerhousegolfclub.com at least 24hrs before your next billing cycle. All unused rollover hours will be forfeit.

📌 Please note: We do not process cancellations via phone, or in person.

Early Membership Termination Policy (6 & 12-Month Memberships)

We understand that plans change, and flexibility is important. If you need to end your membership early, we offer an option to do so.

How to Cancel

To request early termination, please email info@powerhousegolfclub.com at least 14 days before your next billing date. This allows us to process your request in time.

📌 Please note: For accuracy and record-keeping purposes, all termination requests must be submitted via email. We are unable to process cancellations in person or over the phone.

Final Billing & Termination Date

Once we receive your request, your membership will officially end on your next billing date and any accrued hours or credits will be forfeited. Since memberships are prepaid, we are unable to provide refunds for past billing periods.

Early Termination Fee

To maintain fair pricing and service quality for all members, an early termination fee of $45 per remaining month in your membership term will apply.

💡 Example: If you signed up for a 12-month membership but choose to cancel after 9 months, you would be responsible for $45 per remaining month (3 months × $45 = $135).
