Cancellations Policy

We require a credit card on file to hold your reservation in the event of no-shows / late cancellations.

Simulator Rentals

To ensure fair access to our facility for all members, the following cancellation policy applies:

Public Bookings – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time will be charged in full (100% of the reservation cost).

Weekender & Players Members – Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled reservation time will result in forfeiture of the booked time from their monthly allotment of hours or any additional purchased hours (100% of the reservation cost).

Founding & Unlimited Members – Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled reservation time. No-shows will result in a strike. Members are allowed up to two (2) strikes per month. Repeated violations or evidence of abuse may lead to additional restrictions or account termination, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Month-to-Month Membership Termination & Refund Policy

We believe in flexibility, which is why our month-to-month memberships come with no long-term contracts—giving you the freedom to cancel anytime.

How to Cancel

Your membership renews automatically every 30 days. If you wish to cancel, email us at info@powerhousegolfclub.com at least 24hrs before your next billing cycle. All unused rollover hours will be forfeit.

📌 Please note: We do not process cancellations via phone, or in person.

Early Membership Termination Policy (6 & 12-Month Memberships)

We understand that plans change, and flexibility is important. If you need to end your membership early, we offer an option to do so.

How to Cancel

To request early termination, please email info@powerhousegolfclub.com at least 14 days before your next billing date. This allows us to process your request in time.

📌 Please note: For accuracy and record-keeping purposes, all termination requests must be submitted via email. We are unable to process cancellations in person or over the phone.

Final Billing & Termination Date

Once we receive your request, your membership will officially end on your next billing date and any accrued hours or credits will be forfeited. Since memberships are prepaid, we are unable to provide refunds for past billing periods.

Early Termination Fee

To maintain fair pricing and service quality for all members, an early termination fee of $45 per remaining month in your membership term will apply.

💡 Example: If you signed up for a 12-month membership but choose to cancel after 9 months, you would be responsible for $45 per remaining month (3 months × $45 = $135).

Simulator Rentals

Public Bookings – Refunds will be issued in full to the original payment method for bookings cancelled more than 24 hours.

Additional Member Hours – Unused additional hours purchased will be refunded to the original payment method for bookings cancelled more than 12 hours upon request.

Membership

We want you to feel confident in your membership. If you decide within 48 hours of your initial sign-up or renewal that our membership isn’t the right fit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are only available for new memberships.

  • After the 48-hour window, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided.

Cancellation of your month to month membership will result in forfeiture of any accrued time or credits on the account.
